High temperature electronic production line is a mechanical equipment used for producing high-temperature resistant wires and cables. The length to diameter ratio of the screw is 25:1, and the heating power can reach up to 12.
Description
1. Screw barrel: Adopt the new steel No.3 GH113 (same with the American GDA material), which can bear the high temperature and corrosion.
2. Crosshead: Adopting the new steel No.3 GH113 material special-purpose auto crosshead and adjusting crosshead.
3. Heating system: Heat-resistance Copper alloy heater.
4. Quality control: Equipped with outer diameter detection feedback device to control product outside diameter and concentricity.
5. Electrical control: Inverter with touch screen.
Applications
It’s suitable to FEP (Fluorinated ethylene propylene, also called F46), PFA and ETFE( also called 40) fluorine plastic production.
